We’re looking for a Project Manager to be the engine on some new and exciting accounts at Super Proper. We’re here to build your career - not just for today, but for the industry of the next decade.

• Experienced – 4+ yrs of experience including agency and digital work.
• Communicator – knows how to tame complexity and keep the team in-the-know.

• Detailed – get satisfaction from managing clients, schedules, resources, and timelines.
• Organized – work clean and prefer avoiding problems to solving them.
• Entrepreneurial – self-starter who actively looks for ways to contribute.
• Good Taste – how something looks is part of how well it work.
• Experiment with AI workflows: learn and integrate new skills including genAI video and image; AI voice overs; music production and more.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of agency experience, managing successful end-to-end delivery of projects.
• Comfortable with all areas of digital design and production. Working with large studio teams that are responsible for producing a variety of outputs including campaign design, digital ads, social, video, photography, presentation design and reports.
• Look to streamline production processes, incorporating AI tools and efficiencies.
• Self-starter mentality: you don’t need to wait to be told what needs doing, you’ve clocked it and are making it happen
• Fluency in all things gantt chart, sprints, budgets and a keen interest in AI tools - you don’t have to be skilled yet, just be interested and optimistic about the opportunity
• Communicate well with others and enable your project teams to deliver the best work possible within the best plan you give them
• Comfortable briefing teams and knowing the project inside out and have confidence in being client-facing
• Data curiosity: you love seeing what performed so we can edit towards more of the good stuff the next round.
