Transforming a single sketch into a scalable LoFi content engine.

LoFi Playlists, Built Fast: From One Rough Idea to a Scalable System

Warner Music came to us with a seemingly impossible brief: take a single rough .jpeg sketch and turn it into a polished, hour-long LoFi playlist video, delivered quickly and on a minimal budget. What could have taken weeks of traditional animation needed to happen in a fraction of the time, without compromising quality.

We broke the artwork down into individual layers, isolating every visual component: characters, gestures, backgrounds, and environments. Each element was then processed through GenAI visual tools including VEO 3 and DALL·E 3, transforming static imagery into fully animated assets in hours instead of weeks.

These modular pieces were brought together in After Effects, where we rapidly sequenced, refined, and extended the visuals into a cohesive 60+ minute LoFi experience. The workflow allowed us to move fast, iterate freely, and maintain a consistent aesthetic throughout. Later, we added bespoke animations so artists including Charli xcx, Benson Boone, Tate McRae and Dua Lipa could add flourishes to keep attention.

The result is more than just a single playlist - it’s a repeatable system. Warner Music now has a flexible template that can be refreshed and updated in hours, enabling them to scale content production efficiently without starting from scratch.
