Johnson & Johnson’s Global Vision brands analyzed through a bold new lens

Johnson & Johnson’s industry-leading Vision portfolio had grown it’s social presence rapidly across global markets for a number of years; with that, it’s presences had become tricky to manage, lacked a cohesiveness and needed greater global alignment on a shared vision of success.

Our team undertook a comprehensive audit of Acuvue & J&J Vision’s social presences, using a balanced scorecard to analyze all global efforts fairly and consistently no matter the market pressure. We reviewed performance benchmarks across 10+ key markets on platforms including Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube, held workshops across multiple timezones to understand the deeper challenges the team faced across paid, organic and influencer social worldwide, before presenting our work back into a centralized Global Playbook.

Amongst other outcomes a key deliverable provided to markets was a centralized creative playbook with a fully refreshed look and feel as well as versatile, social-first new social templates to empower teams to elevate their effort with efficiency, bringing the Vision brands to consumers with a constant look for the first time.
